Griffin Eye Care

I have been seeing Dr. Griffin for years now, she is honestly the best optometrist I have ever seen. (Pun intended) She is very thorough and explains your eye health to you in a way you can understand. I always make it a point to see her for my prescription renewal! 10/10 service for them! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am terrible at picking out frames that fit my face, the ladies up front that do your measurements are always helpful to me and assist me in finding some that look good on me. I've only had 1 issue coming here, and they addressed it right away, no fault of theirs though, it was a lens defect from the manufacturer. Absolutely love this place! That being said, if they were open on Saturday I would love it even more!

Griffin Eye Care is a warm and friendly place. They are attentive to your needs and responsive to your requests. Dr. Griffin is thorough and puts your nerves at ease.

This was my first adult eye exam (shoutout to those public school vision screenings). I chose her based on the level of satisfaction my husband has had as a patient in her office over the last few years. The appointment was easy to schedule, and the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a front desk team that was not only friendly but impressively on top of it. Check-in was easy. I barely had time to sit down before I was called back for the machine testing, and the tech was so calm and kind walking me through each step (bless her for that, because I was low-key nervous about that puff test). Dr. Griffen is a gem. She was personable, straight-talking, and actually engaging. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions without talking down to me, and made what could’ve been a boring or intimidating visit feel… enjoyable for my first time. Picking out my sweet new bifocal glassesa and the frame fitting afterward was quick and easy, and the staff walked me through our insurance like pros. Turns out we have great coverage, and no one made me feel rushed or upsold. Bonus: they offer Neurolens testing and glasses too, which I’ll be looking into. All in all, 10/10 experience. Professional, kind, and zero fluff. Just excellent care with people who make it feel easy.
