I found the service provided by Griffin Eye Care was very good. The staff was very effective and the experience was top notch. I will be back for my eyeglasses needs.

This was my first adult eye exam (shoutout to those public school vision screenings). I chose her based on the level of satisfaction my husband has had as a patient in her office over the last few years. The appointment was easy to schedule, and the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a front desk team that was not only friendly but impressively on top of it. Check-in was easy. I barely had time to sit down before I was called back for the machine testing, and the tech was so calm and kind walking me through each step (bless her for that, because I was low-key nervous about that puff test). Dr. Griffen is a gem. She was personable, straight-talking, and actually engaging. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions without talking down to me, and made what could’ve been a boring or intimidating visit feel… enjoyable for my first time. Picking out my sweet new bifocal glassesa and the frame fitting afterward was quick and easy, and the staff walked me through our insurance like pros. Turns out we have great coverage, and no one made me feel rushed or upsold. Bonus: they offer Neurolens testing and glasses too, which I’ll be looking into. All in all, 10/10 experience. Professional, kind, and zero fluff. Just excellent care with people who make it feel easy.

Dr. Griffin did a very complete evaluation with patience and professionalism, including a digital photo of my retinas. She answered all my questions openly and completely to my satisfaction. I was so pleased with her evaluation that I recommended my wife set up an appointment with her - which she did and will see her next week.

We had a great experience at Griffin Eye Care. The staff and Dr. Griffin were very caring and patient with my mother-in-law who has dementia. They took the time to help her in order to get an accurate prescription and glasses that fit. She commented on the way home how nice everyone was. I am grateful we found them!
